Meet The Doctors
Oral Surgeon K. Lawrence Call, DMD
Dr. Call brings over ten years of experience from his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
practice in Kansas City. After completing his undergraduate degree in exercise
science, at Brigham Young University, he attended dental school at Temple
University in Philadelphia. It was during his time there he realized he was meant to
be an oral surgeon. He did his rigorous training and residency work through the
Temple University Hospital. Dr. Call was not alone on his long educational journey.
While attending BYU, he met his lovely wife, Jeanie. Although both are natives of
Illinois, it was not until they were in college that their paths crossed. She has been
his best friend and supporter every step of the journey. While in dental school, Kasey
and Jeanie started their family. They are the parents of two daughters, Jaycie (19),
Audrey (16), and a son, Tyler (13). They have a busy life with children in college,
high school and middle school.
Although the Calls have enjoyed calling the Midwest home, their love of the outdoors
and the ocean prompted them to look for opportunities to relocate. Boone is just what
they have been looking for! Dr. Call is known for his kind and gentle chairside
manner and welcomes the opportunity to continue to give the quality of care Dr.
Hancock has been providing for northwestern North Carolina. Those who know him
appreciate his witty sense of humor, disarming smile, and relaxed personality.
Dr. Call remembers North Carolina fondly, after spending four months of his Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgery training in Asheville, and is thrilled to return to the area.
Although they have only recently arrived, Dr. Call says the warm-hearted welcome he
has received makes him feel at home already. He is excited for the opportunity to
care for all your oral surgery and dental implant needs.
